1. Product Information

Every effort has been made to accurately display our products with the correct product information and colour, however we cannot guarantee that all monitors display accurate colours of the products when delivered as each monitor display differs.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We do try to make sure our product items and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however we do advise customers to consult the sizing information provided on the product pages or call us ahead of ordering for sizing advise. Please note that sizes may differ between certain brands. Please note products are subject to availability.

2. Buying/Ordering Products

In ordering products from Woody & Friends it means that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
To be able to place a Click & Collect order from Woody & Friends, we require you to register with a few details (see our Privacy Policy) so that we can confirm your order by sending you an order acknowledgement email. Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance of your order.

Please ensure you check your order acknowledgement carefully and notify us immediately if it is incorrect. If anything is incorrect or you need to cancel or amend an order after you have placed it, please contact us immediately by calling the shop on 01494 866566 and we will do all we can to help rectify the matter.

Whilst we endeavour to have a live inventory, if we are unable to supply your order from stock or for any reason, we will contact you. You will be given the option of either waiting for the item(s) to come back into stock, amending or cancelling your order. For Click & Collect orders placed before 3pm, we aim to have your order ready for collection the next business day, subject to stock availability. We currently do not send products by post.

3. Returns/Cancelling an Order

In the unlikely event that a product isn’t quite right and you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please call us to advise of the issue and arrange to return it to us within 14 days with proof of purchase.

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer if the item being returned is not deemed faulty. Please note we do not accept any returns relating to grooming products unless they are faulty.

4. Your Right To Cancel

You may cancel your order, once it has been accepted by us, for any reason up to the point of dispatch/delivery. If you do cancel within this time, any payments you have made will be fully refunded within 30 days. If there is a problem with your delivery, if there are products missing, products damaged or items received which you didn’t order, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we will consider you to have accepted your order.

5. Pricing Policy

Within our pricing policy are prices subject to change without notice. All prices are in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT. The total amount payable will be shown when the customer reaches the checkout stage of purchasing via Click & Collect, where the product price and delivery is shown.

Occasionally, you may be charged the incorrect amount for your Click & Collect order. Whilst we do everything we can to prevent this from happening, Woody & Friends reserves the right to charge the correct amount for items purchased, or alternatively, request for these items to be returned to us.

6. Offers & Promotions

Woody & Friends reserves the rights to modify, alter, terminate or discontinue such promotions at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.

7. Payment

We accept payment with any of these cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We also allow promotional vouchers to be redeemed when purchasing products online. Please note you can only use one promotion at a time (per transaction).

The liability of our products which you purchase through our website is subject to our terms of sale. Care has been taken with the preparation for the content of the website as we use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website. We are not responsible for any errors or technical faults you may experience with our site, however, if we are informed of any inaccuracies in the content of our site then we will correct this as quickly as we can.

Woody & Friends does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
